BUS 211 Sport Management

This course explores the dynamics of the sport industry from a managerial point of view. By delving into topics such as strategy and investment, ownership and governance, digital and technological innovation, event management and sustainability in sports, the course will equip students with a solid understanding of the industry and its specificities. Students will also use and apply these concepts by analyzing relevant best practices in the industry and will be able to develop a strategic plan for sport organizations.
