Involuntary Withdrawal from the University (Disciplinary Dismissal)

Franklin University Switzerland is committed to the well-being and safety of its community members and the integrity of its learning environment. The University may seek the involuntary withdrawal of a student if there is sufficient evidence that the student is engaging in or is likely to engage in behaviors that present a real danger of substantial harm to self or others, or seriously disrupts the learning environment and/or activities of the campus community. The refund policy (see Refund Policy section) applies to involuntary withdrawals from the University. Please refer to the Student Life Handbook on the Franklin University website for more information on the grounds for an involuntary withdrawal as well as the full procedures.
